That states that 4 parks were initially to be effected, but Kinder Morgan changed the request to drop two of the parks.

" Kinder Morgan Canada is requesting amendments to the boundaries of these four parks and protected areas to enable the construction of the proposed Trans Mountain Pipeline Expansion. Trans Mountain is proposing an expansion of its current 1,150-kilometre pipeline between Strathcona County (near Edmonton), Alberta and Burnaby, BC."

Is the J&K/HP border mapped correctly? I was told by locals that Sarchu is in Ladakh (Zanskar), and I was under the impression that the state boundary (and the boundary of Ladakh) was the minor stream on the western edge of Sarchu.
