Doubled street name on building

Street name for buildings corrected.

A few streets were named where they shouldn't be. I left the northern-most segment of NW 83rd Terr labeled as such, event though technically it isn't. Technically, the east-west jog of prairie view rd is actually NW83rd Terr... but it's not marked that
