Das ist aktuell eine Baustelle. Wenn ich wüßte wie lang die dauert, würde ich das so eintragen und die Routing engines würden das berücksichtigen :)

highway=cycleway und bicycle=no wie passt das zusammen oder ist das falsches tagging und meint eigentlich highway=construction?
