Roundabout here,

There are bicycle paths in Jim Ring Reserve all the way past Maluga Reserve and Rose Park

There is no link to Jessica Place.
This section of path is probably confused with the gate to Ash Rd a little to SE

Note Ash Rd has extremely potholled dirt and drain crossing and should not be recommended as a route.

New developments area. New Street called St Charbel way. Several duplex houses in this area.

This road is called
Meyers lane.
