Southeast of here, surface is gravel or compacted. Northwest of here, surface is dirt or pebblestone.

No visible hardcore northwest of here so not grade3*- suggest tracktype =grade5/surface=dirt

This section of right of way is too narrow for motor vehicles, so probably better as highway=path or bridleway

Surface varies between grade one concrete and grade two pebblestone

The publc bridleway is on the east side of the waterway.

The public bridleways join near here

The public bridleway continues northwest, not north

Surface =compacted implies good surface even for road bikes, and wiki has "Best sort of ways below paving with asphalt, concrete, paving stones." This track is hard going even on a hybrid bike, with sections consisting of flints, cobbles, or just dirt. Suggest surface=pebblestone for large parts.
Some parts are tracktype=grade4 rather than grade3 (Even mixture of hard and soft materials).
The bridleway between Freshwater Co-Op and Yarmouth station is probably a good local example of compacted surface, although that is grade2.
