It looks like someone was trying to record their bike ride or maybe work round a problem with their journey planner (maybe because the ways are tagged surface=unpaved or surface=compacted). |

If there's no objections, I might have a go at retagging the area when I get round to adding the shared use path (cycleway) alongside Chapel Hill to the Chapel Gate development. |
