The motor_vehicle access is strange on this public bridleway. "Destinated" could be either "destination" (i.e. they can use this if this is their destination) or "designated" (i.e. this is a right of way for motor vehicles - often used on byways and motorways). Since this is a public bridleway and not a "byway open to all traffic", "destination" seems more appropriate.
