Had a look at the Montensstraat (way : 5133705), which doesn't show the access limitation indicated in nearby note/1246486, recently marked as resolved by @jorisbo.
Question to @jorisbo : have you actually checked that *all* roads leading into this area are marked with the no access for +3,5t on Mon-Fri 7h30-9 and 15-17h, Wed 7h30-9 and 11h30-13?
