Change power lines back to minor lines, was right the first time. These are not "bulk transmission", and carry multiple conductors anyway.

Join Victoria Point substation to Cleveland bulk supply substation. Feeder route is very clear (obvious as you drive past) with most poles visible in imagery. At the Cleveland end the 33kV cable runs down the 2nd last pole into the ground.
