Manly West: Improve mapping of residential estates on Manly Road

Disconnect foot path from power line, and remove extra nodes from power line

Northbrook Mountain: Update peak, add survey point, fix tracks, fix Northbrook Creek

Northbrook Parkway: Add 2 car parks and walking track from one carpark
