Added driveway to show vehicular access on path shared with MST27. Added gate for drive way and stile for MST27

Updated gates on MST27 to show as kissing gates and added locked vehicular gates that are adjacent.

Removed Ridge Top Path from the name as the path on the map also covers grass land and paved paths where it joins the top of Verney Lane. It also brings it inline with the naming of other PROWs in the area.

Remove name 'Windmill fields' as this is not a commonly used name for the path and doesn't meet the suggested naming criteria (wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:name). Maybe it should be added as part of the Description?

Removed 'spammed' barriers on MST28 based on recent survey and GPS data. MST28 is a PROW and on the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way and should be reflected on the map as such.

Created a walking route to tie together the two parts of MST28, the paved south section that runs through the Rosedale Avenue residential area and the section that runs through the woodland and fields.

Updated MST28 based on GPS data and GCC online map. Updated path to go over Stile on hedge boundary. Added prow-ref and designation to footpath.

Re-added stile that has been removed again by Spring Valley Farm in previous changeset. This stile exists on this boundary as part of PROW MST28 and has footpath waymarkers on it.
