Hi,
I have noticed that many highways here in the Altstadt are missing access restrictions. I have found this website that lists them all: https://www.stadt-solothurn.ch/_docn/1960229/Ausnahmebewilligung_Innen-Vorstadt_-_Regelung_.pdf

It matches up with signs in real life. Since I am not an experienced enough mapper, I would be glad if someone else could add these restrictions.
