Building numbers might be inaccurate here. Seems that 82 should be 84 and 84 should be 86. Also, the building to the east of 74 should be 78.

Doors along the south side of this building are numbered 1 through 19 (west to east, odd numbers only.) These look more like housenumbers than unit numbers but it's unclear what the addr:street should be since they're out of sequence for Dinsmore Place and nothing corresponding to these is listed at https://a030-goat.nyc.gov/goat/FunctionBN?bin=3428952 -- further investigation is needed.
