Should the 'highway' = 'secondary' tag be restored as in put it on the line "Mount Bethel Road" so GPS systems that use Open Street Maps can reduce looping around this as the 'highway' = 'secondary' tag was deleted 15 days ago?

Flynn Lane ends at the spot of the note. This is confirmed by the Middletown GIS map. There is a gate with private property signs at this point. Beyond this point is a private driveway.

Construction area (can't walk here or limited ability)

Cafeteria extension complete (at least externally) and you can now walk around it, so remove this construction area completely and close both these notes

"Long video" shows everything except the completed playground and basketball court which was done in the final month
