The foot=no on Gershwin Drive sounds unlikely going by the changeset that introduced it ("The sides are fenced"). Perhaps there was construction or something happening? Either way, a lack of sidewalk does not mean foot=no in this country :)

The northern part of the building is used by an engineering firm, the entire long lower part is used by a preschool. Not sure how to best tag this.
