Monmouth Mall is being demolished and luxury apartments are going to be built in its place.

What looks like a right turn lane onto 44 going east is in fact a turn in for the gas station. If you look at the satelite pictures this is confirmed. Cars in this lane have to exit into the station. They cannot continue beyond that entrance. The road narrows again and where 44 turns right there is only one lane going north.

New 3flr Building under construction

Locked gated entrance - usually open in morning for student drop off and during special events. Closed during most parts of the day and weekends.
