La 10e Avenue Nord est-elle vraiment sectionnée à l'intersection de la Rue Papineau ?

Was there a consensus within the local (or even global) community on transforming landuse multipolygons into ways (flat) ?

Salut michel-ange,
J'ai revu ton changeset (mieux vaut tard que jamais). J'ai trois observations:
1) Il y a plusieurs points (nodes) sans attributs (tags) - ça ne devrait pas;
2) Certains des nodes/tags dupliquent des objets (features) déjà cartographiés - ça ne devrait pas;
3) Les autres apportent de nouvelles informations et c'est parfait ! Continue de cartographier de cette façon là :-)

Thanks :-)

Wrong comment on the changeset. It is actually validation/simplification of the Great Divide Trail (GDT) -Too much nodes that seem derived from a GPS track.

Belle job!
Merci de tenir tout ça à jour :-)

No, i can try to move them where I think they belong - it shouldn't that far away
- and remove those I can't locate :-)

Local offset due to GPS, that makes sense! I sometimes get about a 20m offset between simultaneous measurements taken on two Garmin 60CSX. Thank.

Many power=pole with height=* were added in this changeset but I can't see most of them on available images. What was your source?

Problem indeed! - Correction made to natural=scrub.

I wonder if you have a GPS track to confirm the location of the Cirrus Mountain Route (source Steven Song)? From the imagery I doubt it is suitable for bike at current path location.

Sorry if I was rude. I was updating the buildings (current and destroyed) while you were working. Keep up the good work. The buildings east of the city still need to be mapped :-)

Check the recent Sentinel 2 imagery (fake image) and you will see that these buildings were likely burned. This seems to be confirmed when looking at the fire assessment from the Town of Jasper.

Sin problema :-)

a multipolygon natural=wood (Relation: 6300380) was replaced by landuse=forest. Is there a difference between this multipolygon and the surrounding “forest” ones?

Looking at the great work you did in Devon, I saw that you had mapped the “dead ends” as circular ways tagged highway=residential. IMHO they should instead be represented as nodes tagged highway=turning_circle.
