Add Central Park ovoid drain, known as heritage item 67 in planning documents for Central Park. Shown on map on plaque adjacent to heritage tank.

Add Blackwattle Ck and other drains from local knowledge. Location is approximate. The streets the Wattle Bay drain takes is described in heritage documents and Blackwattle Ck follows a lane and grass patterns. They also appear on historical city maps.

I appear to have accidentally added this extra node to way 1065434002 (the eastern suburbs train line) in changeset 157491253. https://osmlab.github.io/osm-deep-history/#/way/1065434002 doesn't show any tag changes. This is to revert that.
