Did I tag this correctly as a service road? In aerial imagery it looks like it has service vehicles on it

Both of these ways (the "foot path" and the cycle path) are awkwardly connected across 9th Street to a sidewalk. They are a part of large bike route relations, so cleaning this area up will likely require some research about those routes.

This area is inconsistent with regard to imagery offset. It seems that the relative location of features to the north and south of this area need to be adjusted relative to each other. An in-person survey may be required.
