Reverting my own mistake: despite the faint outline of pedestrian crossing markings seen in aerial imagery, there is not a crossing on the north side of this intersection. I think I've been fooled by this a couple of times now, so I will try to remember.

Added CoStar campus expansion, removed everything that has definitely been demolished for the construction. The roads and two trees to the east may also be gone.
