I believe you are right SomeoneElse. That western part was a mistake of mine. About the eastern part: "A parking aisle is a service road that passes between one or two rows of parking spaces (amenity=parking_space) in a parking lot". It's the case of this eastern parking and also of this one Martino recently edited in Vatican City in this CS: changeset/115515754

Non so se è una strada percorribile, ma ho pensato che si potrebbero mappare i boundary delle singole frazioni (con l'admin_level piu' basso =10 e un "note=Confini approssimati" se non se ne trovano di ufficiali) e cancellare gli addr:place dagli indirizzi.

addr:place e addr:street non si utilizzano assieme. Citando la Wiki: "Nota bene: non si devono usare contemporaneamente addr:street=* e addr:place=*. Il loro uso è mutuamente esclusivo."

Il menu' a tendina ti ha proposto la variante sbagliata perché nei dintorni qualcuno lo aveva taggato già sbagliato. Se vengono corretti tutti non apparirà piu' nel menu' a tendina non trovandone nei dintorni :)

spostando questo POI hai però rimosso l'informazione del civico di Via Edmondo de Amicis 47, che ora non c'è più. Un'idea per le prossime volte potrebbe essere quella di fare copia-incolla del POI nel punto esatto, aggiornare i dati sulla copia ed eliminare tutte le informazioni tranne i tag addr: da quello vecchio per mantenere l'informazione del civico.

Inoltre per favore utilizza commenti dei changeset significativi, commentando "info OK, verified!" ogni volta non si capisce cosa hai modificato, vedi: osm.wiki/IT:Good_changeset_comments

Thanks, but what I was trying to point out is that the value of the "place" tag is not valid. place tags are to be used with values such as city, town, village, suburb, locality ecc.
What is this "lighthouse point"? If is the name of the cape it should be tagged as natural=cape, not with place=*
