Mi intrufolo solo per un appunto, "nessuna" forse é esagerato, alla foce del fiume Cesano sembra esserci una propensione, c'é anche un gruppo di +300 membri su Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1384188005143344/ e a giudicare dal logo é anche riconosciuta da Anita, una delle piú grandi (se non la piú grande) associazione naturista Italiana.

natural=mountain_pass;saddle si puó sistemare con natural=saddle + mountain_pass=yes. Ma "mountain_pass=yes marks the highest point of a mountain road", quindi secondo me andrebbe aggiunto come nodo della highway.
