qua hai cancellato PAM rimuovendo anche i dati dell'indirizzo di Corso Potenza 60 che ora non risulta piu' presente del database come nodo. Lo ripristino.

e lasciare almeno i tag addr:street e addr:housenumber

Questa modifica non mi torna molto, hai spostato un albero e un bar in mezzo alla strada sterrata. Il bar prima era posizionato dentro ad un edificio, mi sembra piu' plausibile la posizione precedente.

Inoltre posso chiederti cosa intendi con tratto "sperimentale"?
