per convenzione su OSM non scriviamo tutto in maiuscolo. Quindi qua potrebbe essere "Rotonda Marcella Di Folco" invece di "MARCELLA DI FOLCO". Se sei interessato sappi che si può anche inserire l'etimologia del nome, in questo caso potrebbe essere name:etymology:wikidata=Q3845497 che è la pagina wikidata della persona in questione (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q3845497).

surface=sterrato_e_pavimentato non va bene però, per convenzione i tag di OSM hanno una sintassi da seguire, tra cui l'inglese britannico per i tag e molti tipi di value, come in questo caso. Puoi trovare una lista dei possibili valori qua: osm.wiki/IT:Key:surface

Quotes from the Wiki, I think the first description is more specific and suited. Tagging it as "drinking water" to make it pop-up in OSMand is tagging for the renderer imho.

There are other POIs that could be useful for thirsty people that don't pop-up when you look for "drinking water" on OsmAnd, such as springs or water points ecc. Maybe you could propose a macrocategory that comprehends all the watery tags in the OsmAnd github, but changing proper tagging isn't the right solution in my opinion.

why you changed some elements (such as node/368942945) from natural=bay to natural=river?

Natural river has only 8 uses in the database. Usually rivers are mapped as waterway=river ways or as water=river areas.

Possiamo cancellarla, ma se è un sentiero esistente (è segnalato sul luogo? ci sono segnavia o altre fonti sulla sua esistenza?) sarebbe meglio sistemarlo piuttosto che cancellarlo.
