Hi Ching'en,

place=playground is not a valid place value, maybe you wanted to use leisure=playground?

124860462 over 3 years ago

It depends on the "use" of those places.

way/297276989/history

this for example seems from aerial images a parking for those terraced house? I would tag that area as amenity=parking. But this from aerial images, you have local knowledge (I think?)

way/430648332/history

I don't know about this one. But the highway should definitely be continuous.

By the way, as far as I now highway on areas is common only with pedestrian. highway=pedestrian+area=yes is a place where you can move in every direction (like a pedestrian square). Other highway can be rappresented by areas with area:highway=*

Hi BillyyyN,

welcome to OSM :)

A general recommendation is to keep changesets local, read: osm.wiki/Changeset#Geographical_size_of_changesets

I opened a random edits and I have some doubts.

You changed Coalville (node/26701457) from place=town to historic=boundary_stone

You created a Bile Settlement boundary but the Bile place node (node/1150885677/history) is located outside of it
could you check these out?

If you have questions ask without any problems, if you want you can join a Telegram OSM group (there's an international one and an African one as well)

good mapping :)

Ciao Davide,

ti avevo già scritto qua: changeset/124737209

ma forse non hai letto quindi ripropongo:
la sintassi per il tag wikimedia commons è "wikimedia_commons=File:Palo con tabelle Bivio D20 - Forcoletta.jpg" e non "wikimedia_commons=https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Palo_con_tabelle_Bivio_D20_-_Forcoletta.jpg"

Buon mapping :)

Hi reinep,

I don't think place=yes is the proper tag for way297276989 and way430648332,
could you check it out please?

Good mapping :)

Hi OSMoz,

I think you forgot to define the place value here: node/9950771994

Hi albertoq,

what's the source of this edit? Seems like an import, or you visited 124 car repair shops asking for payment methods? Seems more like an import. You have been asked for the source of your edits twice already, in changeset/123243916 and changeset/101355648.

Also you have 37 changeset with comments from at least 12 different users, you didn't replied once.

Also please use a meaningful changeset comment, "Datos Completos" doens't other users understand what you have done. You have been asked to do so twice already, in changeset/123094716 and changeset/81753515.

Also there's no need to add [email protected] to ever element you added, your edits are already connected to your username via the element history. If the source of the data you add comes from your surveys you can add source=survey in the changeset source.

Hi,

since I noticed your still active
and
that you never replied to changeset comments (included comments regarding the same issues I wrote in this one, eg. changeset/101206529):

I deleted the non-specific tags myself.

I kept:
wheelchair=yes and internet_access=no even if I doubt you surveyed every single bank.

And ref:vatin=VEJ309841327+phone:call_center=0500-2635000 even if I have the same doubts.

Hi Alberto, I notice some problems.

You added the same tags to several elements, while those tags should refere to the specific element.

For example you added the same image (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/3/39/Fachada_de_la_Torre_BNC_El_Rosal.png/330px-Fachada_de_la_Torre_BNC_El_Rosal.png) to 90 elements, while of course that building can correspond to only one of them. You also added "wikipedia=es:Banco Nacional de Crédito" to the same elements, again the wikipedia tag should refere to the specific element, in this case I think brand:wikipedia or operator:wikipedia fits better.

Same story for the youtube, instagram, facebook, linkedin tags.

And also the start_date, I don't think EVERY branch opened in the same day.

Hi Superadlen,

I don't think this is correct. The wikimedia_commons or image tag should be used for images representing the specific objects, not logos ecc, otherwise we would have the same image for every McDonald's and other shop chains.

The logo is already added in the NSI (https://nsi.guide/index.html?t=operators&k=amenity&v=post_office&tt=alg#algerieposte-e99ec0) as all others chains, I think is enough.

Do you agree?

124737209 over 3 years ago

Ciao Davide,

ricordati solo le prossime che la sintassi per il tag wikimedia commons è "wikimedia_commons=File:Postguide-Alpe Campo.jpg" e non "wikimedia_commons=https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Postguide-Alpe_Campo.jpg"

Buon mapping :)

Hi mangofruit,

way/1051046161/history

what's the meaning of place=7?

116316700 over 3 years ago

Hi APneunzehn74,

thanks for you edits, just two notes:
the correct syntax for wikimedia commons is "wikimedia_commons=File:Windrose mit Windnamen.jpg", not "wikimedia_commons https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/b9/Windrose_mit_Windnamen.jpg".

Also please use description:de=* instead of description=* while adding descriptions in german outside Germany

good mapping :)

Ciao Habib Elyasi,

could you check this nodes?

The place value is not a valid one, also you added a tag with a non-lating alphabet which is not standard in OSM (british english is used).

124546716 over 3 years ago

Hi kdbsm,

please stop adding "name:en=Drinking Water" as a name. We don't use descriptive names in OSM. Use the name tag only if the object have a proper name.

Hi, I see you're still active, any news? As it is now is something understable to you only, if I will not get a reply I will considere deleting them.

Ciao Alessio,

Qua: way/1083630381

124391479 over 3 years ago
