imho the other user is correct, the pact seems to exist physically (is also visible in Strava Heatmap). If a path exist but cannot be accessed the access=* value should be edited, it shouldn't be deleted the element.

Uhm maybe just adding Category: isn't enough. Here for example:

you added =Bonn, but this would be the commons category of the city. It should be =Category:Bahnhof Siegburg/Bonn
could you check it out?

another option is just to delete the wikimedia_commons=* tag since it can be retrieved already from Wikidata

just keep in mind for next edits that wikimedia_commons=* has a syntax to be followed. In this case I guess you were trying to add categories? So it should have been wikimedia_commons = Category:Deutz instead of wikimedia_commons = Deutz

you added 8512 shrubs with "genus=Arbre Sandaré". This is not a botanical genus, what you were trying to tag?

I translated it from french to english and it says "Sandare tree". So are they shrubs or trees?

inoltre, questi sono condomini? in tal caso meglio building=apartments di building=residential, che è meno preciso

p.s. ma davvero il nome degli edifici è il loro numero civico?

The position is probably wrong tho? Now it's mapped in the middle of the road. I guess it should be moved inside a nearby building. Also I think there's still a typo, should be "Farmacia" (pharmacy in italian), not "Framacia"

Just remember that addr:street=* is to be used only for the street name, so in this case it should have been "addr:street=Piazza Venti Settembre". If you want to put all infos in a same value you have to use "addr:full".
