field survey request: this building is not finished on the 2011 bing aerials, what's the state in real life?

TODO: there are unmapped houses here; the hospital buildings are roughly mapped but with an offset which makes it very hard to draw the attached residental(?) houses. It'd be probably easier to redraw the whole block from scratch, but merging building names is not trivial: there's one large brick for building 'I', while it looks like 2 separate building son Bing; can someone with local info help on this?
