Minor road retagging.

Mapped some orchards; retagged more roads (mostly tagging down)

Added lakes to lazy springs, retagged some related roads.

Removing internal lines from multipolygon Lehigh; leaving just the boundary with tags. The three internal irregularly shaped holes never made sense anyway; they were artifacts from TIGER import.

Updated Lehigh in a similar way to Gateway. Landuse=residential, removed boundary=census tag (may want to undo this, but it does seem like more than just an arbitrary census boundary), and added place=suburb (possibly use borough?)

Updating Gateway tagging AGAIN...removed boundary altogether and just left place=suburb and landuse=residential. Not sure if this is best but it will render best.
