You can be more specific when it comes to changeset comments (in this case, "adding surface tag to street" would be acceptable).

Just because a road is part of private property doesn't mean that it can be removed from the map, see osm.wiki/Limitations_on_mapping_private_information for details

Per this page (osm.wiki/Keep_the_history) "[instead] of deleting elements such as buildings or landuse and redrawing them anew, it is generally better to update the geometry of the existing objects, retaining their editing history."

Said bank nowadays refers to itself as "Chinabank", refer to https://www.chinabank.ph/China-Bank-About-Us. Additionally, this has been raised at the Name Suggestion Index GitHub repository (https://github.com/osmlab/name-suggestion-index/issues/9253)

Consider tagging the eskenita as highway=service and service=alley if accessible by cars. If not, consider tagging it as highway=footway.
