The bridge under construction crossing the Molawin Biopark should be tagged as highway=construction, construction=secondary instead of highway=secondary, construction=yes since such edits can cause routing issues leading to confusion for users that utilize apps that depend on OpenStreetMap data.

If possible, try splitting edits like this into manageable sizes (one changeset for SLEX, another separate changeset for SCTEX and so on) since it would be easier to identify and fix possible data issues compared to changesets that cover at least half of Mega Manila.
