The tennis court lines should not be drawn. They don't meet the definition of "barrier" and the paint is not really a physical object that fits in with the OSM goal to map pieces of the world.

However, I believe individual courts should be outlined because for mapping, wayfinding, and other purposes they're useful. For example, they tell how many tennis courts are at this particular "pitch".
