craft=sculptor is for an office or shop where a sculptor works, not for a sculpture. You might want to use tourism=artwork (artwork_type=sculpture)

I did a little digging on this too and noticed that they have some screenshots where they are signing with a landlord of some kind on their website: https://www.stembunnies.com/peacebunny-isalnd?lightbox=dataItem-jh26d958. I agree with you that the whole island probably shouldn't be renamed unless there's an official name change somewhere, but it probably shouldn't be reverted outright.
