Fix for Parker Cabin Hollow trail near White Bar

Added Parker Cabin Hollow trail and two parking areas.

A temporary fix for a section of Ramapo-Dunderberg trail near Dunderberg Mountain that really just needs gps traces. Properly tagged with a FIXME.

Added parking area for southern terminus of 1777. Made all sections of Timp-Torne trail named consistently.

Added section of 1777, woods road on the south side of RD trail, several viewpoints. Alinged trails to gps traces where multiple traces were available.

Labeled a section of Zoo Loop. Fixed a parking area.

Completed Zoo Lop trail in SMR

Added parking for AT/LT at Rt 4.

Looking at the picture I took at the trailhead the trail to the to top of Blue Ridge is called Canty Trail.

Created relation for Sherburne Pass Trail and marked its northernly end point at Appalachian Trail.

Separated Deer Leap Overlook Trail spur from the main trail.

Aligned Bucklin Trail to my gps traces. Also, it ends at the junction with AT/LT. The Killington Spur needs further work (see http://www.hikenewengland.com/Killington070825.html)
