Trails cleanup in Apshawa Preserve. Based on local survey and collected GSP traces.

Changes to mark sections of Sandy Ridge - Tulpehocken Trail.

Added foot path section of Batona Trail and relocated trail relation to that foot path from nearby track.

Split Lovell Mountain Road at the point where Monadnock-Sunapee Greenway turns north and removed MSG relation from eastern part of Lovell Mountain Road.

Split Jeffs Road at the point where Monadnock-Sunapee Greenway trail turns south, and removed MSG relation from western section of Jeffs Road.

Created relation for blue trail. Reordered segments of red trail to form a continuous path.
