Removed the ford here in changeset #165001145, because approaching from the North there were no visible signs of it, all seems long overgrown. Also this particular place to cross the stream didn't seem better than any other ~50m up or down the stream.
The track on the South side wasn't visible as well, approach from the South side needs to be surveyed.

There are stop lines (929.) - one across the whole road including the cycleway and one for cars only (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=56.9626569&lng=24.1444545&z=19.9&pKey=855529135926402&focus=photo) - so this looks a bit like cycleway=asl, but it is not as obvious as at the intersection of Barona and Bruninieku, therefore I am not 100% sure.

There are constructions works happening on the dam, adjacent service roads and steps. Likely the road on the top is going to be widened, some steps seems to be replaced with ramps, etc. Survey will be required when the construction is finished.
