Is there a change in road names here ? Is Railways Avenue actually 1st Avenue, same with 1 st avenue is it actually named as 2nd avenue. And what is 2 nd avenue is actually 3 Rd avenue? Can anyone confirm on this please, thank you!

Tried adding a new roundabout here, but it is not routing through the roundabout properly. Tried following the wiki, but for some reason the routing still shows going straight through instead of around the cirlce. Not sure how to fix it.
