Aerial images suggest it is probably a City Parks or perhaps Roads depot.

based on interactive pathway map as of 2017-10-06 (typically quite up to date for roads), it looks like there is a piece of road shown here that shouldn't be (map shows 5 ways - counting those to east of Macleod as one - straight east of the north corner of Home Depot)

Is anyone able to close this? This is an old construction road and not available for public use. It has a gate for emergency services only now.
