"Florist is not the correct category, but I didn't see a category of store for a garden supply store/plant nursery. I've seen "nursery" listed on the map for kindergarten, so I guessed it wouldn't apply here. Also btw, when I changed my category from "Nursery" to "Florist", it cleared the fields I'd already filled :("
