Thank you for making these edits! I've been meaning to work on this for a while, but I've been putting it off.

It was easily passable on April 16th, maybe it is seasonal?

I also wanted to note about the restrooms mentioned in the description. There is probably already a building for it on the map from the NYC buildings import. If it doesn't have amenity=toilets you can add that as well as the accessibility information you mentioned.
