Dangerous cycle facility - most cyclists using this route ride over the flyover - most motor vehicles are using the roundabout to get on-off the A12 - a 6-lane dual carriageway with 40-50mph speed limit motor vehicles drive through cycle route at each slip road = 100% hazard. Going over flyover much less motor traffic and very unlikely to get any motor vehicle turning left on you

This may not be correct -- Wikipedia documents Spital Brook as a tributary of the River Lea which is to the East. Lee Valley park also describes part of its area as Spitalbrook, implying that the brook extends beyond the New River into its area.

OsmAnd (navigation program) seems to have problems with this Billet Roundabout. It may be tagged incorrectly in OSM but looked fine to me. If heading West to East from North Circular then OsmAnd doesn't think it is a roundabout (just normal roads) so doesn't say "take xth exit" and instead has "bear right" until about half way around when it realizes it's a roundabout. East to West seems fine and is recognized as a roundabout.
