There is a footpath to the park somewhere round here, but I can't match it on Bing and I didn't get a GPS track. It is between 59 and 61 Norval Road. It is mainly concrete, but turns to earth at the park end and there re some tarmac patches to the concrete. It goes over a culvert in the earth part. There are cycle barriers at the limits of the concrete part, and a no cycling sign. It is a designated public footpath, but there is no PROW reference on the sign.

The police station was on the other side of the road, and possibly a bit further South, the last time I looked.

There is a small garden/pedestrian area, with three entrances here. They don't exactly align with the cycleway approaches. Generally the cycleways and this area need some quite detailed ground survey as they are still not right, and much of the detail is obscured by the road above.

River Island is closing down. Please monitor and change to shop=vacant, or provide details of new tenant when they actually move out.
