Undo xchangeset 10098863 which consisted entirely of blanking valid attributes, in many cases all of them, particularly for bus stops.

Fishmongers was demolished some time ago and now rebuilt as appartments.

Missing "slip road" from Carlton Avenue East to Preston Road.

Remove bogus (0) from phone numbers. The Openstreetmap standard is international format, not the hybrid like by UK businesses and expected to be understood by those who use international number properly!

Preston Road shops. Missed a phone number when I first went through my photos. Also attempt to transcribe Arabic name of shop (unfortuantely a bit stylised)..

Bus 183. Fixed breaks in Kinsbury Circus and Sheepcote Road. Added Eastward path at Northwick Park roundabout. Removed bogus segment. Still one break to go.

Bus 223. Tweak stops within stop areas. Confirm that tail stop is head stop in reverse direction, even if everyone gets off one earlier (undo way split from cs 17208736).

Fix locations of Wembley Park bus stops, plus more fixmes. Bing was calibrated against 4 minute average of GPS on stop O.

Add fixme: Impossibly short phone number; also needs converting to international format.

London national number group code (20) was not delimited or wrongly so. International numbers only (about 5% of them) used in M25 area.

M25 area phone numbers. Remove bogus '(0)' (~5% of international format - worst is <50% intnl!). On those fix +44 207 to +44 20 7 etc (~4 cases).
