In this changeset you've introduced a typo and tagged some buildings with `buidling:levels`.
I corrected this to `building:levels` in changeset changeset/103206825
Additionally, I think it would be beneficial, if the buildings you're adding are squared, which is what I also did.

Since you've requested a review here are my two cents: You've added the optician with `ele=0`, but I suppose the shop is not *at* sea level [1], but in the ground floor of the building [2] :)

As long as 'it is on the ground', we map it: osm.wiki/Good_practice#Verifiability

Since you've requested a review, here are my two cents: I would add the phone number of the fitness center in the international format, making it 'consumable' for other software that depends on OSM.
Additionally, if you want (and know them), you can also map the opening hours of points of interest.

Since you've requested a review, here's my two cents:
You've deleted node/4327466590/history in this changeset [1].
Is the bar not existing anymore?

And - more importantly - you've invented a new tag here.
OSM is allowing for free-form tagging, but the tag for an attorney *does* exist, as you can see here: osm.wiki/FR:Tag:office%3Dlawyer
In addition, 'stuffing' the data of the point of interest into the 'description' fails to make it machine-readable for consumers of OSM data.
I thus took the liberty to correct your addition and update the POI according to how I interpret them correctly in changeset changeset/102813370

Hier ebenso, du taggst viele Objekte mit deskriptivem Namen (name=Wanderwegweiser).
Laut osm.wiki/DE:Tag:information%3Dguidepost sind die Wegweiser mit

- tourism=information
- information=guidepost
- hiking=yes

zu taggen.
Ich habe das im Changeset changeset/102799688 so geändert.

Weiter habe ich den Namen 'Kein Trinkwasser' in den korrekten Tag umgewandelt: changeset/102798450

Darauf gestossen bin ich, weil du beim Holligenstrasse-Brunnen (in meiner Nachbarschaft) einen zusätzlichen Brunnen erfasst hast.
Zeigt OsmAnd den dort bestehenden Brunnen nicht an?
