I passed by way/1155425895/ by chance.

Mapping a communal grave [1] with `barrier=retaining_wall` and `leisure=garden` seems wrong, and - in my opinion - tagging for the renderer.

According to osm.wiki/Friedhofmapping (unfortunately only in German), I've updated it to `historic=tomb` and `tomb=columbarium`.

Also, tagging the grassy areas close by as bare rock (way/1171316486/) seems wrong.
When I passed it today, it looked like `landuse=grass`

In my opinion this is definitely not a retaining wall retaining bare rock.
In my opinion this island in the roundabout should be mapped as traffic calming island, as described in osm.wiki/Tag%3Atraffic_calming%3Disland and junction=roundabout#

Da alle Gebäude in diesem 'Geviert' im Katasterplan Bern [1] als 'projektiert' auftauchen, habe ich mir die Freiheit rausgenommen, grad alle Gebäude einzutragen.
Zusätzlich habe ich die Addressdaten aus dem Gebäude- und Wohnungsregister [2] eingetragen.
Dies damit auch die Navigation zu den Neubauten mit OSM-Daten funktioniert.
All dies habe ich in changeset/136420076 gemacht.

Da das Gebäude noch vollständig auf den swisstopo Fotos zu sehen ist, wäre es aus meiner Sicht besser, es mit einem sog. osm.wiki/DE:Lifecycle_prefix zu versehen, also in `demolished:building=yes` umzuwandeln.
Dies damit das Gebäude nicht einfach wieder eingezeichnet wird.

It is helpful if you confine your changes to relatively small geographic regions, especially if you ask for review.
Otherwise a lot of people who monitor those are potentially notified about your changeset, here a lot of in Africa and Europe.
