Is it gate or stile?

Is there really a stile here? If yes, then barrier=stile is missing.
If no then stile= for stile subtype makes little sense.

see osm.wiki/w/index.php?title=Tag:barrier=stile#Stile_types

Could St. John's Chapel (Weardale St. John) be a quiet contender for 'the smallest town in England'? Although it is variously described as a large village and a small town on web sources, it appears marked on OS Maps circa 1930s - 1950s in capitals, which back then denoted a town. www.thisisdurham.com describes it as a town, as does the Newcastle University website. Finally: the smallest town in England is currently recognised as Fordwich in Kent, with a population of approximately 380 - not very much larger than St. John's Chapel - and far fewer local shops or facilities.

How do you access the playground if it's in the middle of a quarry?

Seems unsafe, or incorrect!
