The self intersection error is actually gone now, but the boundary relation of "Olavarría" seems be be destroyed even more, as the outer shape is gone now as well:

relation/3399639/history

Can you please reinstall the real outer shape? Have a look at the history of this relation to see how it was taken down.

sorry I can not help here. In this case there were two diffenrent changesets involved, earch one uploading an other copy of the ways. I have no idea how this can happen accidently.
