Hallo Rik,
siehe mein Kommentar "Fix overlapping ways", was zu Deutsch bedeutet, dass der Weg doppelt war. Diese Linie ist ja immer noch vorhanden:

way/1111529160#map=17/52.198362/13.652545

Oder brauchts du den Weg mehrfach?

Hi João,
the error reported by JOSM validator is as follows:
"Role for multipolygon member should be inner or outer"

OSMI shows the same error: "Role should be outer"

These errors obviously refer to your labeling of the relation items "member".

I have reverted this changeset now, so you can fix it yourself. OSMI take an other night to show this error, but if you use JOSM you can check for the error right now.

regarding the name of this pass I would like to know what kind of source you used. I just watched a youtube video of the channel "slow roamers" where you clearly can see a local sign showing the name "Jatunchacua" and the elevation 4825 m. I have added the locally signed name for now as "alt_name" attribute.

Can you actually prove the complete area is filled with water at a certain time? I understand this is area as a kind of "playground" for the water to cover more or less, but totally filled?

It if is actually filled for - lets say some days - then this area should be tagged as "intermittent" at least.

Sorry for the late response. The way had a self intersection, and also was not properly connected to the crossing service ways. It looked like a total error.

The same issue we can now see here:
