Por supuesto, el resultado de su interrogatorio tiene sentido. De hecho, la evaluación de la importancia de la carretera se deriva de su estado físico (y del bajo volumen de tráfico resultante), pero en OSM esto se distingue del papel de la red. Para que la carretera sea "terciary" en realidad, el MTC tendría que rebajar la categoría de la carretera, por ejemplo, a una AN-6xx.
Veo mi elección de "secundary" como una propuesta de compromiso, pero también como una anticipación de la nueva clasificación en la nueva ordenación de la página wiki discutida en Telegram.

As you are still using ID, which tend to break relations, I strongly recommend to switch to JOSM to avoid such errors.

Obviously the is now a bridge overlapping a ferry line. I cannot see this bridge on satellite images. Are you sure it actually exits, and what happened to the ferry line?
