this changeset has partly destroyed the neighbourhood relations for Lotificación Arenera 1 and Lotificación Arenera 2. Is there a certain reason for this action?

Now this relations are left over in a broken state:

Can you please comment? Btw what does your log comment mean? Nobody can understand this and retrace the reason of your changeset based on this comment. Can you please improve your log comment style?

todos esos errores (puntos rojos) que muestra el OSM inspector son creados por tu porque no conectas las formas. El software de enrutamiento no puede usar formas (caminos, carreteras) que no están conectadas.
