stop signs on 4th (approach from east/west) in bing streetside. I don't perfectly remember if this was turned into a 4 way stop or not.

There is a stop sign here that affects Gay Street but not 2nd Avenue. However I was wondering, why is Gay Street a tertiary road when 2nd avenue is residential? I've driven this road and really do not like this road as a throughfare, too many residential houses.
